Our professional sense is that staged properties easily earn $25-50K extra and sell more quickly, making it a solid investment. Our online ads are 5X more effective than traditional marketers and it is in part because of our attention to detail in the process of preparing a home to be photographed and presented to the public. Staged properties photograph better and are more inviting during open houses (non-Covid times) and private showings.
